Yes — sign in to the same iCloud account on both. Your workouts sync automatically via your private CloudKit database.
Why don't my workouts show in Apple Fitness?
Heave writes workouts to Apple Health when you finish a session. Allow access in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Heave.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Heave.
How do I import from Strong or Hevy?
Export a CSV from those apps, then go to Settings → Import in Heave.
