Subscriptions and refunds
SoberDay Plus subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, refund, or change plans: Apple's subscription help → "View your subscriptions" on your iPhone or iPad.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage in your Apple Account settings.
Data and reset
SoberDay stores everything locally on your device. Settings → Reset all data wipes everything permanently. There is no cloud copy.
Lapse vs Relapse
One slip doesn't erase your streak. SoberDay distinguishes between a single forgivable Lapse and a Relapse, with a configurable grace window. Log honestly, learn the trigger, keep going.
Apple Health
If you grant SoberDay access, it reads your sleep, HRV and resting heart rate to show real recovery on the Health Benefits screen. SoberDay never writes to Apple Health and the data is not stored outside the screen showing it. You can revoke access any time from iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → SoberDay.
Crisis support
SoberDay is a tracker, not a treatment app. The Pause sheet inside the app lists region-aware crisis hotlines for DE / AT / CH / US / UK. If you are in immediate danger, please call your local emergency number.
