Privacy Policy

SuppLog is built around a single principle: your data stays on your device. This policy explains exactly what that means in practice.
What we do not collect
SuppLog does not collect:
- An account, email, name, or phone number
- Your supplement intake, schedules, doses, or any health-related entries
- Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IDFA, IDFV
- Location, contacts, photos, calendar, health data
- Crash logs or analytics (no Sentry, PostHog, Firebase, etc.)
- Anything else, of any kind, by any means
There are no third-party SDKs that read your data. There are no servers we operate that hold your data.
What stays on your device
Everything you enter in SuppLog — supplements, schedules, intakes, notes, profiles, settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. It never leaves your phone unless you explicitly choose to share or export it.
If you have iCloud Backup enabled in iOS, your SuppLog data is backed up to your private iCloud account along with the rest of your device. That backup is end-to-end encrypted by Apple if you have Advanced Data Protection turned on. We have no access to it.
Local notifications
If you grant notification permission, SuppLog schedules local reminders directly on your device using Apple's UNUserNotificationCenter. No notification text or schedule ever leaves your device. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → SuppLog.
In-app purchases
SuppLog Premium is sold by Apple via the App Store using StoreKit 2. Apple handles the transaction; we receive an entitlement check (whether you have an active subscription) and nothing more. Apple's own privacy policy applies to the purchase itself: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Sharing & export
If you tap an export action (e.g. the Premium "Doctor / pharmacy report"), the resulting file is created on your device and only goes where you send it via the system share sheet (Mail, Messages, Files, etc.). We never see it.
Children
SuppLog is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any data from children — because it does not knowingly collect any data from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change this policy, the new version will replace this one and be dated above. Because we do not have your contact details, you will see the new policy when you next visit this page.
