Common questions

I can't find my data after reinstalling.

SuppLog stores your data locally on the device. If iCloud Backup is enabled in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup, restoring the device from backup brings your data back. There is no server-side backup.

How do I cancel Premium?

Open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions in Safari while signed into your Apple ID, or open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iPhone, find SuppLog Premium, and tap Cancel Subscription.

I'm not getting reminders.

Make sure notifications are enabled for SuppLog in iOS Settings → Notifications → SuppLog. Reminders also respect your quiet hours configured in SuppLog Settings.

Does SuppLog give medical advice?

No. SuppLog is a logging tool only. For questions about what to take, dose, or timing, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
